This is the development version of RGSEA; for the stable release version, see RGSEA.
Random Gene Set Enrichment Analysis

Combining bootstrap aggregating and Gene set enrichment analysis (GSEA), RGSEA is a classfication algorithm with high robustness and no over-fitting problem. It performs well especially for the data generated from different exprements.

Installation
To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:
if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')
BiocManager::install("RGSEA")
For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
