GUI for limma Package with Affymetrix Microarrays

A Graphical User Interface (GUI) for analysis of Affymetrix microarray gene expression data using the affy and limma packages.

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install("affylmGUI")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
