Unified Wilcoxon-Mann Whitney Test for testing differential expression in qPCR data

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

This packages implements the unified Wilcoxon-Mann-Whitney Test for qPCR data. This modified test allows for testing differential expression in qPCR data.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
