This is the development version of UniProtKeywords; for the stable release version, see UniProtKeywords.

Keywords from UniProt Database

UniProt database provides a list of controlled vocabulary represented as keywords for genes or proteins. This is useful for summarizing gene functions in a compact way. This package provides data of keywords hierarchy and gene-keyword relations.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("UniProtKeywords")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
