This is the development version of Illumina450ProbeVariants.db; for the stable release version, see Illumina450ProbeVariants.db.

Annotation Package combining variant data from 1000 Genomes Project for Illumina HumanMethylation450 Bead Chip probes

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

Includes details on variants for each probe on the 450k bead chip for each of the four populations (Asian, American, African and European)

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
