This is the development version of RMassBankData; for the stable release version, see RMassBankData.

Test dataset for RMassBank

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

Example spectra, example compound list(s) and an example annotation list for a narcotics dataset; required to test RMassBank. The package is described in the man page for RMassBankData. Includes new XCMS test data.

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
