This is the development version of estrogen; for the stable release version, see estrogen.

Microarray dataset that can be used as example for 2x2 factorial designs

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

Data from 8 Affymetrix genechips, looking at a 2x2 factorial design (with 2 repeats per level).

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
