This is the development version of geneClassifiers; for the stable release version, see geneClassifiers.

Application of gene classifiers

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

This packages aims for easy accessible application of classifiers which have been published in literature using an ExpressionSet as input.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("geneClassifiers")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
