pumadata

This is the development version of pumadata; for the stable release version, see pumadata.

Various data sets for use with the puma package

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

This is a simple data package including various data sets derived from the estrogen data for use with the puma (Propagating Uncertainty in Microarray Analysis) package.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")
