scTHI.data

This is the development version of scTHI.data; for the stable release version, see scTHI.data.

The package contains examples of single cell data used in vignettes and examples of the scTHI package; data contain both tumor cells and immune cells from public dataset of glioma

Data for the vignette and tutorial of the package scTHI.

Installation

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter: 

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

# The following initializes usage of Bioc devel
BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("scTHI.data")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
