orthosData

This is the development version of orthosData; to use it, please install the devel version of Bioconductor.

Data for the orthos package

Bioconductor version: Development (3.18)

`orthosData` is the companion ExperimentData package to the `orthos` R package for mechanistic studies using differential gene expression experiments. It provides functions for retrieval from ExperimentHub and local caching of the models and datasets used internally in orthos.

To install this package, start R (version "4.3") and enter:

if (!require("BiocManager", quietly = TRUE))
    install.packages("BiocManager")

BiocManager::install(version='devel')

BiocManager::install("orthosData")

For older versions of R, please refer to the appropriate Bioconductor release.
